• Payment information: processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)

• To provide and improve the Evelyn AI service
• To personalize your AI assistant experience
• To send service-related communications
• To process payments

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

SMS Communications

We may send SMS messages to phone numbers you provide, only if you have explicitly opted in. SMS opt-in data and consent information will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. AI Conversations

Conversations with Evelyn AI are stored to provide conversation history and improve the service. You can delete your conversation history at any time from your profile settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase for data storage
• Anthropic for AI capabilities
• Vercel for hosting

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
